Such a good, thoughful video. I never see anyone be money concious when it comes to these shower routines on social media. So many of the hype products cost 10+$ each, that's just insane for something you use on a daily basis.

a tip for bacne is also not showering with too hot water ! i’ve had bacne for years i stopped washing my hair after washing my body , i washed my back good and i stopped showering with HOT water ❤

Do you find the benzoyl peroxide in the PanOxyl bleaches your panties/clothing/bedding/wash cloths, etc? I find if I use something with 5% less BP it’s fine but 10% tends to mess with my fabrics:(. Just curious if you’ve noticed the same?

Yes. I use the cream not the soap. Every time! Only wear white now with it on. Soap might be better since you rinse it off but i spot treat.
