i got This earphones as a gift from my sister before i left my country. and it only lasted with me from december, to febuary. it was fine. until the next day, the other one stopped working. and every time i take them both out from the case, the other one shuts off immediately. i stopped using it for a while, until 8 months later, i tried again to see if i could fix it. and still has the same issue. and i kept tapping on the right one, (right one is the issue) and when i finally got them both on, the sound on the left disappears. but when i put back the right one, the sound comes back on the left. help? (also yes, i tried to factory reset it, but it seems like it was no use)

i have that headphones and it sound good compare to my iem, i always used it for listening music and watching contents from yt and fb everyday, the battery life legit advertise, the sound signature is very good, when its turn the eQ to jazz , this headphones need to used with its app to sound very good , and AnC is very decent for its price ,LDAc is decent, comfort is good also not fatiguing in ears for a long time wearing and using, over all its 9.5 out of 10, and the price i get it only for 800 pesos or 15 dollars , sometimes its on sale and you can only get for 500 to 700 pesos its like 11 to 13 dollars, this headphone is overkill for its specs ,fully recommended this headphones.
