I ❤ the comedy on this show hated the Gospel Songs. Makes me feel like Hee Haw was an Un American show mixing Gospel music which belongs in Church not on a nationally televised show. In America there are Constitutional Laws reguarding the SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE!! The religious right seems hell bent on violation of that right and law of the land.

"I can't feel at home in this world (anymore)" Thing is I never really did at home in this. There were plenty of times when Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit reached out to me, spent time with me and there were times of fellowship even before I got saved which up until the age of eight years. I realized why very clearly after I accepted Him as Lord and Savior in March of 1977 and was glad.

I watched Hee Haw every Saturday night. It was either that or the Lawrence Welk show. Hee Haw was funny and entertaining, but when they did the gospel segment it was obvious that everyone on the stage took that segment of the show seriously. It was as though they were all in church.
