Such a throwback. Their music was such a vibe back in the day. I liked the creativity not the endorsement of criminality. I thought people had their head screwed on about their music and felt the same. I am sadly dismayed that is apparently not the case….

I'm pretty sure this was live on MTV2 back in 1999??, I remember watching it, absolutely bluen away by the energy, the crowd were SO into the Beasties, it led to an amazing show, people forget how unique the Beasties were, they could pretty much do it ALL, and a big shout out to mix master Mike : Legend!.

Their energy is so intense, they don't miss a beat! They have so many awesome songs they have to smash a bunch together in that open, and its only 1999 so there's many more songs yet to be created! also I can listen to mix master mike all day, he's awesome!! wish people still scratched. rap is lame now.
