@@DrBismuth this is from the Modern Asian Baking cookbook by Kat Lieu! It’s called her Asian bakery cream cake :) and her blog has the rice cooker instructions, but I used the same rice cooker she has (zojirushi 5.5cup) and did a “mixed” then “hard” cook setting. Hope this helps!! Highly recc buying her cookbook bc I haven’t done something like that before, but was super happy I did!
