Up on left stick and left or right on right stick depending on the direction. You can also twirl the left stick and keep the camera still. I hope if there's a next game you can gain momentum and fling yourself by doing this.

Keep practicing it. I used to not be able to do it on switch because it's framerate is 30 and dips. Now I can do it almost just as easy. It took a bit to get used to the smoothness of ps5 compared to PS4 too but after a few weeks I'm more comfortable.

I switched the control assist on. it was really clunky and turned it off halfway through the stream. That might be what you mean. There's really so much that goes into a game like this. I think the devs put a lot of hard work into this project, considering they keep significantly less profits from outsourced franchises like AoT, Zelda, and One Piece. It was a leap of faith for Koei Tecmo to try something as bold as this in the dynasty warriors engine. It's not just a warriors clone like all their other games are. It's actually really unique, and to run as good as both of their aot games run is pretty impressive.

However you do have a point. There should be more running and walking animations for titans. The Titan physics in all versions besides switch does diversify them a little, but the game needs alternative running animations, like the running animation for large titans in the first game and all the unique running styles titans rock in the cutscenes.

I'm not trying to put this specific person on blast for booting me. It's literally the host's choice to boot if they need to, whatever the reason may be, I can't be salty over it. I just wanted to shed light on this since it always happens when I join a pvp room. I don't know what the reason is. It could be that they just want to play with a specific person or people and doesn't want or know to make it private. It could be that they know who I am and don't want to be overpowered by someone. Not saying I'm all that good because with the time I've put in, I should be better than I am. However, someone newer wouldn't be able to keep up and that's to be expected. I want to know if other players experience this. I'm gonna make a compilation video of myself getting booted from pvp rooms. 😂

Glad I could help. It's great to see people playing this game. If you mod your 3ds, you can still play online too. When I get a chance, I'm modding my mine. Especially because Nintendo discontinued their online service, there's really no reason not to at this point.

I can never make it past the stage at the 5-minute mark. I always go solo, and I can just never beat this stage. All the giant abnormal Titans running around makes it really hard to get a clean cut in.

💯 and if you don't hit the critical spin attack, you're getting slapped, trampled, captured/eaten... there's just too many.

Stay moving and go after little ones. But make your first cut on the big normal nape because fresh blades are sharpest. Sometimes if you go after specific ones it makes it harder to kill them, so having a weaker large normal later in the stage can help.
