Triple lutz -Triple Loop combo is very difficult to do because the skater has to land the Lutz perfectly in order to get the Loop in without going outside the circle.

And Lochte did this with a fractured foot. The way he tells it…he fractured his foot skateboarding and was in a boot. The boot came off a few days before this swim. When he went to warm up he jumped into the pool, hit the bottom hard and re-fractured his foot. He went on to swim this race and break the world record. Goes to show you we always have something more in the tank.

How do you even pee in these suits? Like I would not show my wig wag I would just do it in black pants so no one notices and even if I don’t have black pants I would try not to get the pee in all pants and I would just use my sweater as a belt.
