I walked some of the streets in the Flats with some friends when we visited LA. We stopped to look at the Spadena House right off of Walden.

I really loved this tour of the Flats. Please do more of them. Particularly liked that you called out the names of the streets and the prices of the homes.

This tour was so relaxing, and enjoyable. I did not realize that each street, located in the Beverley Hills flats, sticks to one type of tree! Everything seems so peaceful. Some streets have a lot of cars parked on the roadsides, and some have barely any, I noticed. In any case, every neighborhood looks so inviting. The price ranges are interesting, as well. I thoroughly enjoyed this lovely ridealong, Christophe. A tour bus, in the vicinity, pretty much gives a clue. 🏡👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💥

You look excellent. However, a lot of comments such as the need to wear a top hat made me want to say that no one I mean no one really wears a top hat even during white tie nowadays, a person saying you need two stripes but the one can suffice, and you don't need double striped pants. The collar you wore is fine also no one needs to feel like they should have to buy a detachable collar, I would instead recommend buying just a wing collar shirt. If I can offer just a slight complaint it would be to wear the trousers higher with suspenders. Other than that this is excellent. A lot of people seem to watch one video and read an article about white tie and take that as the gospel and try to correct everyone, white tie like other dresscodes evolved with time and there was slight variations even when it was popular. The overly fussy criticism without any sort of idea actually drives people away.

What an amazing setting: surorunded by greenery, trees, hills, making it feel so private. Lovely. I hate to cook, but a kitchen like that might make me want to learn to love it. The library is sooooo eleant. An impeccable, light-filled home.

The house at 1:18 looks exactly like the house in the beginning of TAKEN (where the party is being held by ex-wife in mansion). :) I'm gonna look it up: 56 Fremont Yep. Not just taken. Also previously tenanted by silent superstars Mary Pickford and Mary Miles Minter, Cool. I love the history of these grand homes. And yeah, the one at 119 Fremont at 7:03 seconds is the War of the Roses house. They did some changes, but it looks still a lot like it. The French brick one with ivy: a dreamy house.

I would buy it and not change a single thing. Yes, I also want all the antiques, just spectacular. Thank you for showing this, is quite a treat.
