Booked up then discovered your video reviews, which scared the cr*p out of me, but we did not share your experience and had a great holiday. I think they have made many improvements over the last 3 years. Swim up pools were amazing, only for use by the ground floor rooms, with guaranteed/reserved sun loungers for each room (no early rush towel race with these). The hotel was very clean and the staff worked tirelessly. Restaurant was good, bit noisy, but enough choice each time. Kids said best holiday ever!

You have to realise that you are not in a la carte restaurant. They try to cover the needs and the demands of 1000 guests for all day long. Next time be more wise and if you don't like this kind of food, choose a hotel that is not "all inclusive". But judging them is more judging your self

Yes I am lucky to go on holiday, but not to this awful hotel. I work hard to pay for our holiday and expect value for money this hotel is the only joke. I'm glad you find me funny perhaps I should make a career out of it.

Yep. We were there at the same time as this man and had a fab time. Only know that cos my kids are in one of his videos (which, may I add, I have found hilarious) Maybe if he spent more time trying to enjoy himself, than videoing pointless non information he would have enjoyed himself too. No pleasing some people as we had zero complaints. We have two holidays a year and this was no worse or better than any others. Misery clearly wants company. But what winds me up is that this man will push for his money back on the grounds of nothing, good luck pal!

I am told the pools are cleaned every day because I went directly to the hotel manager Antonius and mention it to him. I only shot this video to prove to him that they were not cleaned properly.

Crickey. You're a laugh a minute. We were there at the same time as you and my children are actually in that video. Probably should have spent a little more time trying to enjoy yourself, rather than videoing yourself walking around the hotel rather unproductively. We had a lovely 10 days in the hotel. There was no build up for the Greek night. It was just a theme for the food. I am sorry you didn't enjoy your holiday. However, it seems it would be extremely difficult to please you. May I suggest you look at a remote chalet in the Maldives rather than a generic AI hotel on a Greek island to try and suit your clearly exquisite taste. Your complaints are embarassing. Referring to your other videos. You had a room on the 1st floor like we did. Therefore you did not pay for a swim up room. Also, the aeroplane that happened to appear in one of your videos complaining you are on the flight path. There was no noise or issue from any aeroplanes. Also if you look at the size of the island you will always be near an incoming or outgoing aircraft. If you want your money back then u have done well to pick faults, good luck to you. I hope you find a hotel suitable for your refined taste. Which I have no doubt u will considering the effort and time you took out your holiday to find negative aspects. I might add, not one person on any of your videos looked as though they were not enjoying themselves.
