@ when you play for the Māori Samoan Tonga . You have to get these young dudes tuned into there ancestors and truly understanding the mana behind the jersey. These boys arnt fighting for each other , a coach’s job is to truly get these boys in love with each other (not in a gay way) this connection is why some teams dominates . Sure you can have a lot of talented players but the little things in league really do matter a lot
