“ You’re Barbra Streisand and you are asking me how to sing it?!? Yup, that sounds like Donna!😂 Never met her, but I miss her. 💔

I wish Neil Borgart would have let Dim All The Lights hit #1 before No More Tears, it would have been Donna’s first song that she did by herself. Neil got greedy, and the rest is history. 😢❤

I saw the 1983 Tour at Resorts International in Atlantic City where she had a 10 day run. The set list was similar to the show that she did on the Boston Common. The Bad Girls Medley was performed early in the show, just after MacArthur Park. The encore at Resorts started with A Song For You/How Great Thou Art, and by Tuesday's show the encore switched to State of Independence. Romeo was added a week or so later based on the feedback from fans calling out for that song. Other changes were made by the time the show was taped for HBO in August.

Wow!! Footage I've never seen before. Including A Song For You!! Her best rendition of it that goes into How Great Thou Art. Gawd, I with they would release the full version of some of these gems. The video is probably somewhere as evidenced here. And I hope Bruce finally releases a live album of the classic standards she sang in concert like he hinted at, please!!!

A great insight into Donna’s thinking with his interview. It seems to me Rona kept trying to push her towards politics. The fact that you are famous or getting famous and somewhat rich doesn’t mean you should go into politics. I did notice that in this interview. Rest in peace Donna, I hope you accomplished everything, or a lot of, what you wanted to in your life. I know I enjoyed your voice, and you were surely a beautiful woman with a good soul.

Donna summers was one of the most beautiful and sexy woman in the world. And then only that she was actually a good person.. she had a strong believe in God, and he could tell by the way she carried her self around other people, even though she had major issues she had to deal with on a daily basis. When we lost Donna, we lost a gem….!
