What makes this funnier is that Clone Manus isn't rejecting and screaming heretic, Clone Manus is trying to help Fulgrim come back to the light. Which also shows Fulgrim's insecurity, Fulgrim is so insecure he doesn't think he can reject Slaanesh, when in reality Fulgrim (if he put that kink sword away for 5 minutes) could likely overcome the corruption he's a primarch after all
