This Lagoon is BS! When Will it open? Grand opening? When will it have a liquor License? Food License? Why are the residents paying Full HOA Dues for something that is not open?

Now I hear that I see a lot of people in Wesley chapel because of one reason that this u.s. the first man- constructed pool attracted many people from other states like new york, Michigan, Indiana, and of course, Florida or there are many reasons to come a epperson for the other elements that can attract people to a better suburbia island area real estate but there is also southshore bay and mirada that has the same elements but at southern hillsboro county in another city and san antonio fl not Wesley chapel, or metro can´t build another suburbians area like hoas and coas to keep it down to the fees to keep a growing population to keep metro place popular but ,IT´S NOT THE ONLY COMMUNITY TO HAVE A FAKE CHROLINE MAN CONSTRUCTED POOL IN TAMPA.

$20 per person/per day (for people over 2 yrs of age and non residents to the community) 🤣🤣🤣 that is absolutely ridiculous especially if you have a family.
