We got airbnbs with lock boxes in most places and they were great. We usually looked for towns that would have restaurants or supermarkets

Hey, thanks! I often shoot on a 70-200 2.8 for sport as it is versatile and creates great shots. Usually anything over 1/1000 will keep the photo crisp, and you’ll want the iso low!

I enjoyed the tips here and your videos on the preparation for shooting and filming triathlons. Local parkruns are a good place to practice. Most have a site on Flickr to share the photos with the runners

Interesting that Emma doesn't seem to take advantage of her long legs on the bike. i.e. her leg is still quite bent at the bottom of the pedal stroke.

Yeah I mean I'm definitely not a specialist bike fitter, but seems to help a lot of athlete connect with their glutes - and if their hip isn't too closed and they can run, shouldn't cause an issue!

Great documentary on your summer trip. I am riding half of those countries this next summer. What was your tire set up on this trip? Width? Inserts? Tire type/TPI? My big concern is getting stranded with flat or sidewall tear that won't seal while in an extremely foreign country.

Thanks! We were 28mm tubeless, had some really thick tyres. Didn’t use inserts but a lot of sealant and plugs. Ross had quite a few issues with flats but we managed to get him to a shop with a tube and replace the tyre

Great intro and music Jacky, but no surprise Ruthy is "LATE", her super short Umpa Lumpa legs are justa fact of life and she can not cover significant distance with them especially when one of her calves is, as she would say: "shit"! : ( But she is our Beloved umpa Lumpa Tri Reina and she will make amends in T100 Miami next month and redeem herself by placing on thr Podium! Woohoo!! Thats cute eben her fingers are minute!!!
