Respectfully: Roman's 5 tells us that one man's sin entered the world... sin passed on to all men... Psalm 51:5 David tells us I was shaped in sin..In sin did my mother conceive me. The analogy of Brittany's baby being a sinner [VERB] is silly..of course! But the truth is that all men are born into sin [noun] And can be born again into righteousness. W E Vine: Sin [noun] is a principle SOURCE of an action... It's an inward element producing behavior... It's a governing principle... Although something doesn't make sense to our intellect it doesn't mean we humiliate a clear teaching of the word to fit our lack of understanding of it...

We are not worthy. But Jesus is. Only thru Christ are we made worthy. It is our identity "in Christ", not our "self" that we need to focus on. Walking "worthy of the Lord" is living in obedience to Him, pleasing Him (as listed in Colossians 1:10-12) and conforming to the image of Christ (Romans 8:29). There is no Scripture that focuses on our "worth". The focus instead is: Jesus IS Worthy - of all Honor and Glory and Praise. We are Children of the Most High God (Gal.3:26-29) and we were bought at a Precious Price (1 Cor. 6:19-20)! We are Blood-bought because of His Love. ReceivingHis Love is what we need most. The root of Salvation is believing and receiving God's Love for us. It's not about our worth. It's about knowing and walking in the Love He has given us, overflowing in that Love so that it spills over onto those around us. I do appreciate how you stress the Word and lift up Jesus always. HE is the focus. Amen! He is our very Life.

Thank you for letting Holy Spirit lead and having a conversation and lesson most churches don't or won't. It's uncomfortable but totally necessary and I am so grateful to God.
