@ thanks Vanessa. Unfortunately, l am in USA, (from Scotland though). Of course, we can certainly do a video call. Apart from that little place, we’re also very interested in one in Pego, (large with art studio) and one in Adsubia, with the plunge pool. Being here is a bind, but should be there mid January to take a personal look around. We sincerely hope you were not affected by the floods. Thank you.

They just follow the rules. It Is not difficult for them. Come and visit us at the NEC in Birmingham this coming weekend. We can give you advice on coming to Spain to live.

That could be turned into a very nice Apartment for a quite reasonable cost. I liked the idea of a stud wall in the hallway and I would take out the wall as you suggested to make the living/dining room more spacious and add a stud wall to separate the garage from what was once the store room. I too like the bathroom tiles. I think a white tile floor would look good with it. I would even leave most of the kitchen tiles but add new cabinets. That pantry was a bonus. As for the courtyards a good pressure clean some nice garden furniture and plants and it would be a lovely oasis.

Show the location, show the street, you don't open the window because it is to hot. Something there we want to see maybe? It is a townhouse, not a villa, 350K without seeing the location of the house and all those stairs to all those scattered rooms and no private pool.

@@hello2spain Loved the house. What I particularly liked was that they highlighted the Spanish features rather than trying to hide them. If I was looking for a village location miles from a city it could have been of interest. I really enjoyed Valencia but I'm looking more towards Barcelona. I've got a healthy budget but I know I won't get anything like the place you showed in my price bracket.

I miss the second apartment, how many windows are dubbleglased, are the walls build like european standards (isolated), how old is the central heating, what do they use oil/gas. I see no sunpannels on the roof, how old is the building. What will happen to the furniture. The house is so big you need somebody to keep it in shape also the swimmingpool , what are the wages for those people. When was the house build and are you the owner off the property.

HI Willy here are the answers to yor questions. All windows are double glazed except the very small ones which are: 2 side windows in main bedroom and the two wi down in bathrooms. The central heating ìs gas and the system Junker. We replaced it but probably about 5 years ago. The walls upstairs are normal European. Apartment walls plaster skin, very warm in winter and cool on summer. house is 1986. Furniture is open to negotiation Owner does the swimming pool. It is very easy. They pay a gardener 120 euros a month and he prunes and sprays for eerds and palms. Its not the sort if land that needs lots of maintenance. Pool cleaners are around 80€ per month The house they clean themselves, but there are local cleaners for the house too if you want one. No sun solar panels. Thank you

It's really difficult to see the full potential this house has, the vendors seriously need to declutter the entire building, it is a beautiful house after all, but tough to see past the mass of objects they have piled up on every floor.

It is very hard to see the size of the rooms with all that stuff, you can tell the floors and ceiling are lovely, and the doors but each room looks so tiny, which I am sure they are not :/

Imagine the current owners having to pack up all that stuff! Some beautiful objects, but they must be utterly compulsive collectors - or I guess sellers of asian antiques? A house that size with only two bedroom spaces seems very odd! Love the ground floor mosaics, pity they are covered with carpets.
