How do I buy a pair
@jesusreyjimenez68725 күн бұрын
@CarlosDiezAquatics25 күн бұрын

Mam aktualnie akwarium o wymiarach 120x40x45cm. Założyłem zbiornik jednogatunkowy w którym pływają maluchy ( 3cm ) hemichromis lifalili blue- 10 sztuk. Mam pytanie: Czy mogę dać do tych czerwieniaków jeszcze inną odmianę np. EXSUL lub MOANDA czy DWUPLAMY?

Hi Carlos can you tell me if week old female Cory fry are noticeably larger in size than the male fry. Thanks.😊
@CarlosDiezAquaticsАй бұрын
@@helengardner9958 Hi Helen! I don't think this is a reliable method to differentiate males and females. Many aspects influence the growth rates of fry and each fish has its differences, one may find more or less food, spends more or less time getting used to new foods and grow less during the process... I usually separate groups of corys according to their size and in all groups there end up being males and females.

This is just a "byproduct" of a breeding line of Green Metalheads that I had, but you could easily get something similar with the cross that you point out and a bit of selection.

Someone needs to teach those mountain swordtails to wipe their asses. It's unbecoming when all of them have crap hanging from their anis. My Rio Atoyac have much more couth. They go behind a plant, and when they come out, they're clean. That's why I never buy guppies. They also always go around with a turd hanging out. None of the rest of my fish do that. Thanks for making this video! It let's me know that I shouldn't get this filthy species of swordtail, and it makes me even more glad to have the ones I've got.

Hi I have these fish and I've noticed similar behaviour like bumping and fanning of the tails is that normal ? Not sure if it is aggression?
@CarlosDiezAquatics7 ай бұрын
Hi! Yes, it's their way to resolve the territorial disputes. In this way they can comunicate with the rivals without real aggressions. Totally normal and a good sign (healthy fish) for these and many other species.
