I have tried this and call gets disconnected once message in response plays and this is my twiml response <Response> <Say voice="Polly.Amy">Thank you for calling! Have a great day.</Say> <Dial> <Client>client-identifier</Client> </Dial> </Response> I want call to continue and have some interaction via browser. I am using twilio PHP and JS SDK. Can anyone help me with this?

Let's not delude ourselves into thinking we live in the future yet... IVR are universally hated by so many customers. As far as I like to believe I live in a world where robots are like the ones in the movies, the level of advancements in voice recognition is nowhere near the stage where it can even begin to think it can ask questions like "what do you want?" At least with being put on hold, one can do other things. IVR is an incredibly, incredibly horrible and time wasting experience for customers, I will do everything and anything I can to avoid a business that utilizes IVR

Do you have to send from a "do not reply" address? If someone replies to the email, can that reply be sent anywhere we want? How do you address bounce backs? If there is OOO or failed delivery notices, do they pile up in someone's inbox?

Twilio has been a total nightmare for us. We were finally able to get our A2P campaign approved months ago and now we are hit with a March 6th deadline to enact a new campaign or be shut down. The logic is that we are a "sole proprietor" account but we have an EIN number. No way to update the campaign, no way to have support help with the issue. To comply you are forced to create a brand new campaign. We did this, using the exact same settings from the prior campaign and were rejected. After waiting 2 weeks and now within striking distance of being shut down. We only use Twilio because our DMS is Lightspeed EVO from CDK Global and Twilio is the only choice we have to implement service and parts department texting. The support and product reliability is utter garbage. The account and campaign onboarding processes are onerous and overly confusing. We are going to end up cancelling the feature on our Lightspeed agreement and going back to square one. Maybe CDK Global and find a reliable partner for this feature.
