Interesting fact, the white tampos on this are so easy to rub off, making a really pretty paintjob and car that looks great with a wheelswap for some RRs...

The gloss red with yellow stripes has YET another variant with the blackwalled wheels. On the yellow hood/bonnet stripes they have the numbers "427" written in black. I have all four varieties of the #31 model and the black with red stripes recolour is quite difficult to find here in Britain. As a longtime collector, I haven't found them all but I was quietly going about picking lots of them up, but the market for older Classic Cobras has spiked recently 😮😢 I'm glad I got as many as I could while things were quieter.

The price actually came down to like 10 bucks now. All of sudden a bunch of sellers showed up on ebay and you can easily find cheaper options now. Ordered a bunch of them not long ago myself.

$30 fir this? Shame on mattel. These are just premium at best. The first collabs were at least much more limited and had a sticker. Even them I didn't rhink they were worth $30. Now they mass produce them and still want $30...😂.

I was on the job at that time, the dept did not repaint the bubble chevys and if they did they did not go to Precincts maybe details, never seen one anywhere imo, the original blue paint made it look better but hey this is a toy!!! Lol
