You should get track IR , and is it on simplified flight model ? It just goes straight up and down with no tail wag , I was hoping it would at least have a flight model comparable to the DCS Kiowa

Nice seeing you fly by again in South Australia. With summer not far away it's becoming quite dry and the risk of bushfires increases, particularly in hot, dry, windy conditions. When the risk is extremely high/catastrophic all the national parks, like Flinders Chase, are closed to the public. Some fires 'just happen' (occasionally by dry lightening strikes), some by accident or negligence, and the worst ones are caused by arsonists (complete idiots). Eucalyptus oil in gum trees is extremely flammable and may cause them to explode, spreading the flames and sparks and causing a firestorm. Seeing the dry landscape from above, you can imagine how devastating these fires would be. Happy touring! 🙂

Omg that's unbelievable to think such beautiful landscape can be so fragile, but I suppose that's part of mother nature and also the occasional human error,we are having snow here in the UK so no worries about fires take care thanks for your great information

Several years ago the island suffered a massive bushfire, destroying a lot of property, businesses, and much wildlife - it's still recovering from this. It's a popular tourist area accessed by air, and a ferry service from Cape Jervis on the mainland, crossing Backstairs Passage to Penneshaw on the island. Kingscote's the main town. There's much to see and enjoy, especially the honey produced by Ligurian bees; apparently, the island's the oldest bee sanctuary in the world. It has quite an interesting history. (I hope you don't mind this sort of comment on your tours and posts). 🙂

Another pleasant flight - thank you. Australia's a big place with much to see that won't be seen anywhere else. On your map Mount Gambier came up; it's an extinct volcano full of water that's blue in colour in summer, changing to grey in the winter - but clear and good for drinking and so on. Farther up along the South Australian coast is the Coorong and Lake Alexandrina- shown on the little map though not labelled. You may like a slow and low flight along the Great Ocean road - not much farther on from Portland. Unfortunately, many of the rock formations have collapsed due to erosion. 🙂

Thanks for dropping by again! Vineyards have replaced the almond groves - it looked lovely here when they were in blossom. For an outback flight or two may I suggest Coober Pedy (asphalt runway). It's an opal mining town with underground dwellings called 'dugouts', essential as it's so hot there. Or maybe the Flinders Ranges and Wilpena Pound, leaving from the Flinders Ranges airport; try taking off and landing on a dirt runway! Going farther from that airfield there's Lake Eyre; a huge saltpan, but floods occasionally in spectacular form. I appreciate the time and effort you put into your flights, thank you.

Thank you for flying over Aldinga. You would've flown over our property as we're not far from the airfield and under flight paths. It's always a joy seeing aircraft going overhead. Sometimes there's an airshow or some special event/fly-in where aerobatics, formations, and older military aircraft do their thing; I like the open cockpits and biplanes that fly low at times. Joy flights or trial introductory flights in various planes are expensive - and I'd only want to do it again! At least we can day-dream of the real thing and go get a sim! This post's much appreciated. 😀

I watched this at 03:40 (Adelaide time) after you posted it; thanks for doing so. Aldinga, Willunga and Silver Sands beaches are down south. They're much wider, and the natural scenery improves with hills, low cliffs and reefs. Kangaroo Island's a popular tourist area with some great scenery. Good to see that the plane survived its landing. Thanks for the early morning tour. 😀

Came across your channel by chance and subscribed. As I live in South Australia, may I suggest Adelaide Airport (national and international) as a point of departure, and take a leisurely flight down the coast to Aldinga on the Fleurieu Peninsula? Aldinga has a large airfield, but don't know if it or Adelaide's included in your flight sims. At this time of year, the weather's fairly good (springtime), and of course there's the beaches, hills and scenery. I'm still deciding on which sim to invest in. 🙂

Hi Brian i will test Adelaide Airport in my next videos i would suggest MSFS 2020 for the best Ground Scenery , but if you are not bothered about Realistic Ground go for Xplane 11 or 12 many thanks fore subscribing
