Thanks for the info, watching my hives inflammation fade day after day until they completely vanished was such a relief, I went with what I pointed out and within the first 10 days or so the urticaria was barely visible! I just go'ogled the latest by Shane Zormander and after 20 days my skin has never been healthier!

I did stemcells in germany, i live in holland. Its the company that started after infusio closed. I'm sicker then ever and on the edge of giving up. I have lyme and co for more then 11 years. Tried so much before the stemcells. Antibiorics, herbs, supplements, accupuntere you name it. Also have a lot of detox problems. Since the stemcells i have so much more eye problems. Floaters, light sensivity stabbing eye pains. Had them before but the stemcells have made it so much worse. Im totally bedridden.

I appreciate you and that you are sharing your experience. A lot of it I can relate to. I healed myself by being able to find and watch/read what others had experienced. it is so important to be able to say, "YES< that is exactly what i am going thru!" then i'd learn what they did and try things. I also was able to find out what tests I should get and was able to have my doctor order them for me. Then i found out a lot about what was going on and the imbalances in my body, mind, emotions, spirit. pharma doesn't help me, only makes me worse. So i invented my own protocol. i corrected so many things from diet to what was in my environment, what material my clothes were made out of- now i wear cotton almost exclusively. stopped wifi in my house and use direct ethernet connection. changed my diet dramatically. learned what supplements i should stop taking and what to start taking. I still have some sinus issues that are strange and need to get that balanced. But I am so much stronger and can handle the sensitivities now because they have settled down to a "normal" level. I am quite a bit older than you. I'll be 67 in a couple of weeks. and my health only got really bad at the beginning of 2024 and focused completely on getting my health back for the last 9 months. I finally felt strong enough to venture outside my small town about a month ago. I was helped over a plateau about 2 months ago by taking Ivermectin. I also received a message in a dream that I should try Fenbendazole but I haven't figured out how to dose it yet. I hope that once i figure it out, I'll take it and finally get over the last of the symptoms. When I do, I'll report back and post something.

I took a program called MAPs it's a lot like brain retraining and helps manage triggers and to find out where they may originate from. When I had a flare mineral clay and herbs helped and going to a mineral balancing specialist helps along with cont blood sugar monitoring device Also nature is awesome.

I saw a comment above about what helped your nervous system the most and I’m curious as well. I’m sure it was a bit of everything… step-by-step brick by brick, but I’m wondering if there were just a couple things that felt way more helpful with getting out of anxiety and not having to take medication? I would love to hear more about that journey if it didn’t feel too personal to share. I think with all of these diagnoses, complete nervous system shut down. If it’s possible to rebuild without medication. Thank you so much for sharing your journey

I definitely expiring a lot of it over the years in carrots forms. kzbin.info/www/bejne/iGiZdGR8bZiUoLMsi=LQQAsJhEo2UxswE5 Breathwork, grounding, doing brain retraining rounds, and just telling myself that I am safe over and over were the main tools I used to move through them. With scripting and visualization I would constantly wrote that I was 'confidently', 'fearlessly', 'without hesitation' doing something. Specifically seeing myself calm in any situation and noting my tall posture and steady voice. Anxiety will come up in the process and the moving through it in those moments and teaching myself I was calm was where the change in nervous system and limbic system responses happened🙂

@Gabriellekidd In the early stages I believe leaving the mold in the highly sensitive condition I was then in was crucial aspect to my own healing. I was responding to everything, and though I could have possibly brain retrained myself(plus the other things I did) out of that condition in mold it would have been a waayy higher hurdle in my "training zone"(referring to brain retraining zone;)

@Gabriellekidd I was living at my parents and they did a mold remediation and got new furniture workout VOC's. Unfortunately the remediation company did not seal things up correctly and Mold spores went through the house when they opened up the wall and remediation. Luckily it was enough that I was still able to make a full recovery. That said I don't know if there is a 'perfect' environment but one with the mold issue not growing and greatly cleaned up allowed me to heal even with extreme mold sensitivity🙂

I suffered from Lyme and co infections for 18 years now. I can relate to EVERY symptom, pain, everything you mentioned I went through. I'm much better now but I'm not the same anymore. I was very active. I still have to limit myself as far as fatigue, weakness. I can only do so much then I have to rest, lay down. I just can't shake the fatigue. There is one thing I didn't hear you mention that has happened to me...I can not be outside too long in direct sunlight in summertime when temps are high. Not even an hour. In 5mins I am sweating terribly. My face is soaked, my whole and neck get hot, if I try to do anything for even a short period I am drenched, my hair gets soaked. And my face gets red. It's like I worked in a garden ALL day! It was about 3 yrs before any doctor would test me because I didn't know of getting any tick bit, nor did I have a bulls eye rash! When I did get tested of course the results were very high. By that time I was bedridden , my legs and feet hurt, I could hardly walk and when I did my gait was off, it felt like a had a bowling ball on my shoulders that my head felt so heavy. My neck was excruciatingly painful, all my bones hurt, joints, muscles, I had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands, trigger fingers...then later my knee swelled up. Guess what? They gave me a knee replacement! I still didn't know I had Lyme. Of course the doctors didn't know crap about it. My eyeballs hurt, terrible forehead pain, I would just massage my forehead with my hands pushing really hard. I went to several other physicians. They did discover I had thyroid disease, my thyroid was eating itself. Plus my vitamin D was way to low. I didn't go out much it was too bright, noises bothered me, my ears rang. Yes I was finally treated with a Lyme protocol of of about 6 meds to take for 3 months. Made me more sick, but f8nally I felt a bit better...that took about 8 yrs. I've gotten maintenance treatments every 12 to 18 months. I slowly changed my diet, I haven't had bread for several years, pasta, white potatoes, anything with yeast in it, I drink water 95% of the time. I can drink a glass of water with the juice of a whole lemon. No sugar. No cakes, cookies, candy. You get used to it after awhile. Esp3cially if you eat a slic3 of pizza it could make you sick for a few weeks. I can't remember everything, I guess this is enough. But I'm still fatigued and I sleep 12 hours. Oh, I also had Bells Palsy on one side of my face, not really bad but I didn't know it until I noticed in the mirror I only smiled with half my mouth. I also had severe brain fog and for awhile my speech suffered, I spoke very slow with emptiness in between each word, knowing what I wanted to say but could not think of the words sometimes. Thank you for listening.

Our bodies are designed to heal themselves, doctors are just cash registers cha- chinging all day every day, the key to our health lies in our diet, I'm living proof. I was on death's door until I got rid of toxic foods I was consuming. I was barely able to walk thru a grocery store. At 73 I am on the road to recovery . Think about it if government agencies solved any problem they would be out of business, big pharma is getting rich on us because we are uninformed.
