even after my hip injury i was able to get this kick within 5-6 months. though my other kicks are long but gone, i am still using this and the jumping spinning back kick. I am too told to compete or spar competitively but the training has again made me lose weight and slowly getting back. i don't think i will ever be able to be as fit as i once was but now i guess i am a smarter adn more composed martial artist, learning to slow things down.

What if you could combine muay thai and boxing together to make one style that would prob be the best style for self defence.

Taekwondo, i do it and do some Muay Thai shin training because I like it, it’s helpful for if you know you accidentally kick the leg or something or you just kick a lil hard, so It don’t hurt as bad… for you anyways
