How long did you run open headers for ? And can you run open headers without damaging the vehicle ?

Adds lower-mid gains for sure. Long tubes add high rpm gains at racing speeds

When you installed the PLM j pipe did you have any problems with the hinge?

Nope, no issues with any fitment other than not hooking to factory hanger boot but that hasent been an issue. Also no issues with magnaflow exhaust or high flow cats. I ended up removing the resonator in magnaflow as there was rattling from welds that had some recall issues. Magnaflow offered to replace it but I like it without anyways. I need to get am external SoundClip of current set up. I only have interior driving clips up now.

The only thing I noticed was the hanger for the rubber boot was a little short to reinsert to factory location but it has been running great. Just added rv6 high flow pre cats also.

2007 V6. 3.0 6speed Magnaflow 2.5 catback and plm j-pipe. I plan on doing high flow cats within 2 weeks, they're here with some other upgrades just needing time.

I was concerned about that, so I hit with penetrating oil first, then ran it a bit to heat and expand the block, then hit penetrating oil again before I went in and took it easy. none broke. I did the drivers side from under the truck.
