For me watching/listening to this is a shining example of how underrated Waylon Jennings truly was as a musician. Whether subtle like the fills in "still is still moving to me" where he's emulating a trombone with the Scruggs tuner in his guitar, or his talents as a harmony singer, taking the high part often especially on the same song, ring of fire, among others that just put songs over the top for me.

I agree with you sir. I love these singers. I saw Willie in concert and he came in a helicopter and he got down in back of the stage, and he came up on stage and started to sing I was in awe of seeing him on stage. I never will forget that I saw him in concert.

I freakin LOVE the Highwaymen. I was raised on Waylon and Willie as my dad was a drummer and singer in a successful cover band here in the PNW. (He turned down being a road musician for Alabama and Reba to raise us when my little brother was first born)
