My all time favourite comedian!! Many years ago I was working in St Austell, Cornwall. A friend of mine had booked tickets for his show.I have never laughed so much in my life!! Best show ever!!!

Apropos queues A woman at the cashier and a queue line of 20, including me She had like 3 items waiting for her husband, who came 10 minutes later with a trolley full of more items. None in the queue said a word, afraid of being labeled a racist I simply had to.

You don't get plastic bags these days... and they think they are doing you a favour by doing the planet a favour. And they ask you... 'would you like a bag'..... 'no, I'm clown, i can balance this stuff on my head, of course i want a bag.' 2 pounds please... the Earth is saved!!!

The only part that is upsetting - is when Dave calls out the name of Jesus Christ - in mock anger -. I get that Dave grew up in Catholic schools - which turned him away from the Real God. And I too laugh along at these Catholic Skits Dave does. It's sad - as Dave gave so much to laugh about - but Christ is the only one who pulls us out of darkness into his Light.

The irreplaceable Dave Allen , brilliant raconteur and actor. Sadly the era of the true comic genius has gone. He, along with several others of his generation could make us laugh till we cried. Who is there now that can do the same. RIP Dave.

Got off the subway train after a longs days work, and as usual I see the bus that I need next, drive away, so I have to wait for the next one. Soon there is a long line of familiar faces all waiting for that next bus on this hot hot summer day. Then two kids barged in front of the line when the bus finally showed up. As they attempted to enter the bus, they were both grabbed by the collar and rapidly pulled back over. They both tumbled backwards. Everyone applauded.
