Yeah! The turret is it’s own piece and can be rotated.

I think you would find it more comfortable doing it with surfaces in a 3d sketch and then knit them together maybe

CAN YOU DO A BTR-80A OR SOME OTHER NEW RUSSIAN APC?
@tcrdesigns2 ай бұрын
@@Staliniumstronkest A BTR does sound interesting. I’ve got a lot on my plate currently, but I’ll start working on one as a side project. I do have a BMP-2 I modeled a few months ago which I’ve been meaning to take some pictures of to post if that sounds interesting.

Where do you find photos of these vehicles? Can you give me a source?
@tcrdesigns5 ай бұрын
Hi, I generally just use google and search for the following until I find an adequate image: “~tank~ schematic” “~tank~ blueprint” “~tank~ vector drawing” There are some sites that have databases but they tend to require payment so I tend to look for open source stuff. Hope this helps!

@tcrdesigns5 ай бұрын
Hi, I actually lost the file :/ so haven't been able to work further on it. I am going to be starting a new written guide augmented by videos, so if you have any requests for a vehicle to model for that guide let me know! Apologies that this series fell short.

Thanks for this video! What if I want to make TPU printable tracks that are like belt with holes for the sprocket?
@tcrdesigns Жыл бұрын
I personally have not worked with TPU, I would imagine that the technique shown in this video would work for details, but I would probably extrude a band through the track to ensure rigidity, excluding the points where the sprocket holes are located. Print resolution will be very important for getting the holes to show up. Apologies for the late reply.
