I am 1 year post radiation and YES to dry sky! I have never had ezcema in my life I got it after radiation in certain spots that were. not even radiated! my scalp also got super dry. It took months to kind of get back to normal. The chest ara where I got radiation remains dry . I have found that emu oil and any thick non fragrance lotion like cerave works best for me. Stay on top of it. Treat the radiated skin like baby skin for several years. I live in a sunny state and I invested in UV shirts that have high colors. I wear these as much as I can and tons of sun screen. Keep the radiated skin covered as much as possible. Also, see a dermatologist once a year for skin cancer screenings.
