For me its Baruka is A+ same as igrid and jinwoo B+ Rank and lvl 49 this also explains 3 fails to Arise baruka to jinwoos side also dont tell me he is weaker as cerberus or igrid.

Therefore if Baruka was an S rank boss as you say his power must be like a confirmed S Rank boss Copy Baran or Ant King and that is a different level. As a B Rank Boss he has power between A+ S- on the hunter rating system

@ It is not said anywhere that Jinwoo is S Rank at the time of Red Gate. Even Baek says that he only lost an arm but Jinwoo's aura also includes his shadow army. Hi, personally I think that there is only a minimal difference between the 4 National level hunters. The only one who got a place in Solo Leveling manhwa is Thomas André. The 5th unknown National level hunter is a healer and therefore will be weaker in combat power.
