I always find it confusing how people hope talents become managent/staff considering it would be the same as graduation or Ame's situation, like you know they are there but they aren't gonna appear as they were. Is it just the idea they are still in the same building?

I mean it's not far-fetched to think that Ame would become staff. They have COVER USA after all. But here's the deal that people seem to have forgotten, it's a B2B (business to business) branch. So she would have to be in a corporate setting in every single day. And somebody as creative as her, that's gonna be suffocating.

This is why I always wonder what the heck people are thinking when they say Ame should join staff lol

I mean it was obvious, the conflict of interests is right there. I don't know why so many would think that it's a natural move, it isn't. And yeah Cover didn't change anything about their requirements, you still have to live in Japan, whoever you're gonna manage, there's no remote positions basically. Despite the timezone differences there is with multiple talents and despite opening a US office for licensing and stuff, it hasn't change anything in that regard, that's Japan for you. 🤷‍♂

It's not obvious if you're thinking "well they have lots of experience in the industry, maybe they have a chance to be able to join management if they're going to stop playing the character." To any outsider who has just the surface level exposure to the industry and only watches the streams it's perfectly natural to wonder if the talent you loved could stay within the company in some other capacity. Whether or not they'd want to swap from being in the spotlight to being behind the scenes is a totally different story, and if you're talking about MANAGEMENT managment and not an idol's manager then of course you need either education in business management and/or relevant corporate leadership experience.

To be specific Penna/e in Italian started by only meaning feathers, in the past feathers where used for writing, later (if I remeber correctly at the end of the reinessance) fountain pens started to spread around the italian peninsula (as penna/e stilografica/he abbrevieted as penna/e), while the penne pasta was born in 1865 and it was named as penna/e because of how much similiar the tip of this pasta is with the fountain pen PS: if you take away one n you will have the word pene (slightly diiferent pronunciation), and this word means penis in both spanish and italian

Pene and penne could mean different things but the sounds are almost identical, so for spanish the word "penne" doesnt exist and the closest word is that one (pene).

i mean pene is also PP in italian (in more scientific terms cause there are more words for pp) but that's why italians do pronounce the double NN , also the e accent is different like one is è which is more closed and the other is é which is more open

Penne does exist in Spanish, as a loanword to refer to that type of pasta. It's not rare to buy penne at the supermarket or mention it when talking about pasta recipes.

i feel like raora knew but just didn't want to point out the douoble meaning, beacuse with one "n" it means the same thing as spanish in italian. so guys really make those double "n" be heard if you ever find yourself speaking italian (luckly gender and number of the two names dont line up so you'll hardly be misunderstood, the article saves you in this case)

Well, the thing is, all other great apes and all old world monkeys _do_ have a penis bone, or "baculum." Humans are actually the exception, not the rule! Many other species have bacula too. Male elephants actually have prehensile penises.
