He looks bonkers and sounds bonkers, but it's his line delivery that truly makes him funny. Fantastic timing also, which makes his gibberish hysterical. Definitely a one off.

That was a pleasure to watch and the songs took me back to my teenage years and the first RVP when Donny sang Puppy Love. I hope our Queen enjoyed this talent.

From the first time I heard One Bad Apple, then heard Donny sing Sweet and Innocent, I was hooked. Met them all when they came to Birmingham, Alabama back in...1973, might have been '74. My 2 cousins and I (my oldest cousin could drive) so we went to the hotel where they were staying and met them all when their bus drove up in the parking lot! Talk about my dreams coming true!! Still love them to this day!❤❤❤❤❤

I saw them in Branson (my favorite place on earth) 14 years ago. Merril was in the lobby after the show surrounded by a bunch of women. I was off to the side...he walked over to me and held out his hand to shake mine. I was so nervous that I said , "my hand is sweaty" 🤦♀️😂 so he ended up chuckling and kissed my cheek instead 😂😂😂😂 I followed them since childhood and their talent just keeps getting better like fine wine. Most of them are retired now..... However...I saw Donny in Vegas a few months ago (September 2024)....and it was fantabulous!!!! It's a MUST see show with tons of original footage of their start to the here and now. I wish them all the best through all their health challenges and Merril's loss of his son 😢 💔 Forever grateful for making great memories in my childhood and beyond 🙏🏻❣️

In 1999 (I reckon) he did a gig at The Courtyard pub in Leeds centre one summer and it was the funniest thing my mates and I had ever seen. It was packed and everyone was howling with laughter so much that it hurt. It hurt so much you wanted him to stop, but you also wanted him to carry on as it was just the best feeling. Pure delivery - no need for jokes, just delivery. I'll tell yer that! Yer bleeder! Ehy?

I remember every Friday, in 1978, i usually had Friday off, i would get groceries, clean the house and fix a really good dinner, usually roast with vegetables. My husband would come home from work. We would take our time eating dinner, then clean up and you guessed it. At 8:00, it was time for Donny and Marie Show. It was such a nice way to end the work week and relax. Thanks for bringing sweet memories back. God bless!🌈

Thanks so much for uploading this. His act was very original, but not for snowflakes. Full-on scary, aggressive stuff, with no holds barred, but devastatingly funny. I was privileged, by pure luck, to attend one of his gigs at the Venue Cymru in Llandudno at a Sunday evening comedy night. He was one of about half a dozen acts on that evening, and he stood-out as being far and away the best. He was always saying he has never been on the TV because his acts are too non PC and totally outrageous.....which they were of course. He was absolutely hilarious. Its such a shame. He died far too young, and the comedy circuit lost one of the greatest comedians that most people have never heard of. R.I.P Ian Cognito.
