My Calculator is only outputting decimals and not the radical, why?

When we solve a problem that converts that rectangular to polar, do we have to list all the results? For example, at 24:26, we still have (-10, 4pi/3) and (-10, -2pi/3) as the results.

At 12 min, the vertical peak of the sine wave is labeled incorrectly. It's not (pi/2,4) it should be (3pi/4,4) since the increments were halved to make 4 points in one period
