Thanks for watching, but unfortunately theres not many place thats easy for kids to get to in South Austin. Meridian Park Blvd has a pond with some bass and sunfish. Onion Creek Dr has a park small fish. Maydelle Dr i haven't been to in years might have small fish since it has rained a lot lately. Of course some areas on the river like Red Bud Isle or Longhorn Dam are easy access for kids. hope that helps good luck

Panfish Sam I’m thinking it might be fished out. I’ve got a few times, early morning and later in the evenings. Haven’t had one bite, bass or sunfish

They stock every other Friday, 5/3/19, 5/17/19, 5/31/19 and so on till November then they start stocking Rainbow Trout.

Oh nice they will stock this fri then sweet imma take my 5yr old and my 8yr old boys this fri after work are you gonna be down there this fri

@@mikeymouse1985 Ive never been on the days they stock but i would go first thing Sat morning, it does get busy by 11 sometimes. I moved to Seguin in sep thats why i havent made any new vid's, but once i finish remodeling ill be kayaking the river here.

@@mikeymouse1985 Here i took the chance and parked in the apartments next to it.(visitor parking spot) and walked from there or i think there is street parking in front of those apartments just check for no parking signs before you do

Eric Samaniego this is a regular academy brand Med action but the first half foot broke off so its really hard to tell when the bass hit

Ali Ramirez Hey Ali, first thanks for watching and sorry for late reply. But this is a stocked pond from the spring/summer months. Then from fall/winter its rainbow trout. As far as catfish go it hard to find a good place, cause personally there are catfish in dirty water i dont trust cause of pollution. Theres a creek in Manor, Tx. Maybe a 45 to an hour from austin nwxt to walmart that produces cats but there is a lot of water moccasins, im still looking for a big cat fishing spot

Panfish Sam i finally tried it out today and man! I caught about 40 of em in about an hour!! Threw em all back and some ppl asked for a couple. Thanks for the recommendation man.

hey Ricardo first thanks for watching and sub. Well the first part is Mary Moore Searight, lately the bass have not been biting(8-12-17). the second part @2:50 is southeast metro park. this spot is a little tricky to get to, pretty big cliff to climb down and up but other wise its best to wade in the water because there is no other way to get those bass. any other question just ask away ill be glad to help.

Brandon Arismendez Good to hear from you, it was fun on this river. Lots of gar up to 5 ft that i really wanted to catch but didnt have the stuff for them.

Johmathen Graham This is Boggy Creek in East Austin. Last month i went had lots of tall brush, just watch out for snakes.

Andrew Silva definitely, that was one of the best days fishin. went back a few weeks ago and the rain washed the big ones down stream

Rustam Ergashev thanks for asking, texas law says "Large & Small mouth bass 14 inches minimum(so anything larger than that). Spotted & Guadalupe no size limit but only 5 bass per day combined" also sunfish has no limit of any kind

Santino Lopez well, thanks for watching and this spot is by 969 and 183. Walnut Creek is the name but we usually walk in the water so pants and boots is recommended especially spring cause there is a lot of poison ivy growing
