Hey, The textures can be used in Godot, if you want to customize texture you first need sbsar files to modify in substance player (it's completely free without any log-in from substance Adobe). Those can be taken to Godot, other substance don't provide any direct support for Godot for now. Thanks

Is the license cc0? Is it used commercially?

Hey, the licence is custom CC0 nd, it's royalty free you can use all commercially in your projects without worrying about any copyright issues. The only limitation is you cannot redistribute them on your own platform or as your own product. But you can include them in your commercial projects freely.

Something similar to this, walls with graffiti ready for modelling. Yes, it can be done but would require to study and look into it's use cases, which might take some time.

Very nice styling work! A stylized black and white checkered floor texture would be really handy, it could be used for kitchens/restaurants and even garages.

Yes, you can use the texture maps in blender available at freestyle.com, whereas if you want to change things in real-time within blender you would require SBSAR files.
