So I’ve had my French bulldog for a couple of months now and at no avail have I been able to potty train her. She is the only dog I’ve had that wasn’t potty trained within two weeks . So I have watched so many videos on training a French bulldog and what I have really gotten out of all of them is they are very stubborn and you have to be consistent . So I’m not giving up I just keep on our routine and learned from you that I can pull her water intake so I’ve just started that she really drinks a lot of water more than any other dog I’ve had , wishing myself luck and patience !

I’m 70 years old and have had a few dogs in my life , I’ve been blessed and all but one of my dogs have lived long lives . I have always been able to potty train my dogs within 2 weeks at the longest but when I lost my English bulldog 10 months ago she was 13 years old so she lived quite a long life . I recently got a French bulldog and all I can say is she is a crack head so far nothing has worked with her, before I always was on a 20 minute routine of going outside using a doggy door but she will pee look at me and then run as fast as she can to the doggy door and out she goes , so I’m thinking she knows she is just stubborn as can be she is nonstop. I never used a crate before but I have got one now trying to do that training but at no avail as yet she is 5 months now I’ve had her for a couple of months now and I’m at a loss with this one for sure. I didn’t realize that I could pull her water so I’m hoping that will make a difference because she drinks way more than any other dog I’ve had . Thank you for your video ! Wow, you said 4k for a mini. I got mine for 800. She is so laid back and so smart. I seem to have more energy than she does.. assuming thats just the puppy stage and around 6 montha her inner crazy crazy will come out. Iv only had her for 4 days now and ahe is already potty trained, knows her name, listens 8/10 times on her relocation command, will sit and stay, knows that when i ring the bell and say outside its potty time, and also knows when we are outside and i say leta go inside that its time to head inside.. honestly iv never had a dog this intelligent. She is 9 weeks old. And weighs just under 8lbs.

My neighbor has a teacup sized. They carry it everywhere because a local sharpshin hawk watches for any small animals to go in the yard/field.

I pick up my cats and set them outside with me. I have them walk out with me on the porch. I started doing this with them as kittens to see if this would deter them from bolting for the door or crowding it anytime it opened. It worked! Cupid, my tuxedo, he will wait by the table near the front door and demand I pick him up to go outside with me. He asks by pawing at you, fuzzy paws grabbing at your hand or sleeve as you’re about to leave. It’s cute.🥰 Bruce tho… he just stops and stares. He wants nothing to do with the outside. His ears back as he glares at the open door. 😂

My baby is never allowed outside. He ran off once, gave me the worst anxiety attack and after that i never let him go outside without a harness and leash. Anytime i see an animal thats been squished on the road, or the stories of birds picking up small animals, im reminded that it was the best decision.
