I had just finished watching your video on the Besnfoto Camera Bag Lg and was going to order in the morning. How has/did it hold up, you were very happy with it at the time. I would appreciate your input, the sling bag would not work for me. Thank you.
@GreggMcLachlan24 күн бұрын
It has held up. The shock absorber strap system is brilliant and does make a difference. Only a couple things to know, after using it for a couple years: If you remove and don't use the insert bag within the bag, the padding of the backpack sidewalls in the lower area will be less. I wish those sidewalls were thicker, with or without the insert bag inside. I solve this by using other thick inserts from other backpacks. The extra accessory dividers they include are not worth using, too thin and flimsy. I solve this by using inserts from other backpacks.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to reply. For my use I believe it will work out fine especially for under the $100 price point and the amount of gear I will be carrying. Take care.

Hellios production of 44-2 lenses started on the KMZ factory, then expanded to BELOMO -mark is similar to KMZ, but with circle section rather than a trapezium- and, when production exploded, they made the last, lesser quality versions in VALDAY. So, most 44-2s around are VALDAY series, but BELOMOs are not rare if you shop a bit around. Some say those are the best made ones. For the 44M, they returned production to KMZ.

I recently got the 12l Tenba Solstice backpack. While I haven’t tried any of their sling bags, I have much fondness for Tenba’s backpacks (the Fultons, both 10l and 16l). You can actually tell that Tenba has working photographers onboard the design stages of their bags. I believe I need not look elsewhere when purchasing camera bags in the future.

Totally agree. I am not shooting Russian Ark. My takes are 5 to 29 seconds long. When doing interviews, plug it in to AC power. One thing I would like is a belt clip mounted big battery with a mag safe style power cord. That way you could freely move around, using the in camera battery while topping up from a bigger tank with a quick release cable. I like to stay true to the DSLR form factor rather than cage.

I read some serious complaints on amazon: - too short shoulder straps and to painful - it is poorly balanced as it hangs away from the back instead of being up against it. - the dividers once rearranged will never hold as good as before What is your opinion on that?

Only that really annoys me about my P4K is the IR/UV pollution when using ND filter or on sunny days, so many shots with that horrible/red noise. Honestly, since upgrading to the CC6KFF, I haven't touched my P6K as the imagine is so much nicer out of the camera and easier to grade.

I love my bmpcc 4k. If you plan to use the camera professionally then plan to buy a lot of batteries (internal and external) and cables and mounting solutions for those items. ive spent about $500 on powering my camera and I still run into battery life related situations.
@mediaflmcreation21 күн бұрын
I knew I was gonna have to drop imaginary cash on battery life and I couldn't justify(at the time) the amounts for v mounts so I bought a Dewalt converter piece and use my 20/60v for my BMC4k. Yes in the professional field I have dewalt batteries I can use all across my equipment... never had not a single power issue. I have NPF 980's too that work for my BMC4k too I had prior too.
@Wildridefilms4 ай бұрын
The BMPCC4k is absolutely one of the greatest cameras ever released. But its criticism is warranted even though it's a bit overblown. The big screen has no articulation, meaning you can't flip it out of the way to slap a V mount plate and battery on it. So now you need a cage, a V mount plate, a V mount battery and an external monitor. It suddenly becomes a lot more unwieldy just to get some usable battery life.
@GreggMcLachlan4 ай бұрын
For sure, we get annoyed by some things.... and then we adjust (and spend) to remedy them. I wish one of the major manufacturers would create a 3.5 inch monitor, lol, as an alternative to always using our regular monitors
