Yoooo you should see the shit show now. Management is a joke they literally had me trained to be a team lead for 2 months just to tell me that me asking how much longer they are gunna have me wait. The main manager told me to go fuck myself for asking her on her first day back from vacation cuz she got 220k for doing nothing. And when I bring up people literally standing around playing on their phones for 8 hours I’m the problem not them it’s a fuckin joke

i hate when my milks are organised like the way it is in the video i do 3 rows of red and 2 rows of blue and i have an empty pallet next to my setup to put empty crates and stack them to have them ready for when dairy truck comes

Worked Dairy up until I started having problems with my fingers and feet (Type 2 and 55 years old).Black Friday worked dairy until 4 am then had crowd control outside then back In to fill the milk and creamer.All the while the new kids were enjoying the "extra" breaks and eats all night.

Not hard, bro. If you're completely new to it, its just more about knowing where stuff is and where they go. Took me about 3 weeks to know where stuff goes and how things work. As for the physical part, for me, it's not that exhausting. Some days, it may depend on how fast things are being sold.

"pretty cool" 🥶😁 I'm 55 and about to start this in 2 weeks. My son started in dairy/ff and moved to management. He says that my store has one of lowest turnover rates for employees in the region and probably the nation so I am in the best place to try it. Good luck guys

@@ArielEarthyorder I mean dairy is technically food and consumables. Still feels like a job to get paid more tho for sure. I worked dry grocery stocking and it was a far cry from how physically demanding this job can be with those milk and egg crates. I'm full of bruises and got bleeding cuticles everyday
