I believe this is a Soriani & Moser Polyp, Based on the holes in the octopus centre piece (the Zamperla model didn't have any and the Fabbri model has different cars). Unsure of where Xtreme Fun Amusements got this ride from as Soriani & Moser hasn't made polyps since the company split in the mid-2000s. Still a good ride though.
