8:44 Talking about this i feel more Confident clearing angles With A1S like if I'm going into B for say as an T. But with an AK while going B i hesitate a bit as it's a bit uncomfortable for me to control it on Close Quarters. I noticed that with AK I'm Gripping more on the mouse and loose focus on like reaction quickly. For example On G2 vs Vitality Final on Dallas 2024 Nexa got like 3 kills with ak on Anubis like flicking and holding mouse 1 if i was there I would completely wiff that with an ak. Where as I'd prefer the AK on like Monesy vs zywoo 1v1 on Nuke

I think that yekindar's problem now is that since he tried IGLing, he just is too worried about the way a round is playing out, and not on his crosshair, so he is looking at radar or his teammate's hp or something other than his crosshair and isn't just able to focus.
@edmontonoilers4096Күн бұрын
Considering CS pros are noted for having the best aim in FPS games. I doubt a top 1% would destroy and them and have it "not be close" in aim training scores. I think it would be close but if they don't aim train it's not really a fair comparison. Considering most top 1% aim trainers don't even play games and just play aim trainers as well. I know minigod aim trains, elige and tenz have some great aim training scores as well. I remember Elige posting a video of him doing gridshot and did a flex on Tenz's score.

Think one of the main reasons NA is a step behind Europe is ever since Covid, the game has been centred in Europe. Hard for NA, AU, SA, and Asia regions to be consistent when there only way to get consistent practice is being in Europe. NA at it's best used to get 6 events a year, now we are lucky to get 2. Hard for younger players to get experience and develop. ESL didn't help by killing the pro leagues.

@MaTTer1235Күн бұрын
The real answer is stimulants like Dextroamphetamine or Adderall. Many people in different gaming communities have spoken about this subject before but it always gets swept under the rug eventually. It's the big secret that they wont ever mention or bring up. Similar to how professional athletes and fighters will never bring up PEDS either. You can't expect to gain or keep sponsorships by mentioning PEDS but it's the honest truth.

Are these players ever drug tested in these tournaments ?
@InJunoWeTrustКүн бұрын
And addy has unfortunately been normalized as all hell. I see students abuse it on the daily because they’re so accustomed to studying with it. Short term content and instant gratification has destroyed a lot of young people’s ability for singular focus
@bobby_auКүн бұрын
@@InJunoWeTrust The drugs in question, such as Adderall and dexamphetamines, are prescribed medications used to treat ADHD and are not illegal. However, to address your concern, yes, players are often subject to drug testing in tournaments. These tests are in place to ensure fair play and adherence to the rules established by the tournament organizers. Yes, players are tested for drugs in Counter-Strike majors. The organizers, such as ESL, have implemented anti-doping policies to ensure fair play. These policies include random drug testing to detect substances like Adderall and dexamphetamines. The goal is to maintain a level playing field and uphold the integrity of the competition.

what are the better ways to train movement then kz?
@bobby_auКүн бұрын
I'm just a beginner, but focusing on specific aspects of movement has greatly benefited me. Every day, I practiced counter-strafe drills and taps, and watching demos has been invaluable for understanding techniques like jiggling. I also learned the basics of peeking from demos. From my experience, avoiding walls seems crucial as they can disrupt movement-though I'm open to corrections on this.

I think what donk is good at is not over-aiming. He has nearly perfect crosshair placement and good movement, he is confident that the enemy would appear near his crosshair, what he need to do is just simple aim action. also visualization, that Elige pointed out, is another strength of donk, you can see from demo that he's ready to fight every angle, even the less expected angles he is prepared. He is not "actively-reacting" to what appears on his screen, it's more like the enemy appears near his crosshair.

Looking forward to that aim coaching video. One video idea I really want to see from you in the future is you coaching a 2.5k+ elo player. Preferably 3k elo. There is that difference between super high elo players and pros and it would be interesting to explore it from your POV. Even players who are stuck around 2.5-3k elo, there is that next step that pros can provide. Personally I was 3k elo CS2 recently but fell a lot in elo. I'd love to be a part of a video if possible, I don't have the means to pay tho. I have watched many of your videos and have had various routines, so it would create great discussions and probably be the most inclusive video content wise in ur channel. If not possible, I would love to see a video like that from you at least, to improve! Looking forward to what you cook up in the future.

after swapping mice and pads around a lot, i was recently wondering what the thought process is in acquiring a pad in a certain speed and stiffness and how to get used to it in the fastest way. i remember dumping tons of hours into ly glass pad before ky static scores went up again and it was a major effort that took almost 5 months. i swapped recently again because i wanted to try out the freefall sv v2 as it is very soft as an alternative to glass and again i am sorta steuggling for about 2 weeks to get to where i was before. i find it just entertaining to switch stuff up to keep things fresh for me or it would become way too stale but how to find a good balance in doing so?😓
