I have the 702 S3 standard in one room and the Signature in the other. I’m finding the Signature is a lot warmer than the standard, which is not what I’m used to in a B&W. So the Signature is warmer but comes at the expense of punch and definition in the bass. I wish I could have both warmth and punch so it’s going to be a matter of choice. I have the Dark Blue Metallic and imo, nicer than the wood ones. The blue looks almost black so color changes according to the light. Along with those gold colored rings, they certainly a treat to the eyes.

How do you address the drifting??? when you set a station it slowly drifts away second comment, how can you change the snooze time....5 mins? really the fact you have all the iTunes, apple this and apple that or ...is not important. I want to wake up in the am. So....we need 1) adjustable volume down to sleeping levels 2) adjustable sleep time and nap time....maybe I want something different than 5 mins 3) exceptional am/fm reception 4) battery back up to keep times and stations 5) wifi / blutooth is secondary but would be ok 6) classic look 7) dimmable face....not bright brighter and aaaaa my eyes..sleep levels please!!!!! why is this so hard to understand?? I'd love to understand why this is so hard?

I wouldn’t swap out the D7 for the 7.2….although the newer one is improved. The difference is mainly slightly tightened bass and less bloom.

Can you use wireless or Bluetooth to run powered speakers without a cable to them?

Hi Mike, the X10 does not transmit bluetooth so you cannot pair them to another device. However if you are using streaming speakers like Sonos or Bluesound, the X10 can act a music server for them. Meaning if you have music stored on the X10, the Sonos or BluOS app can be pointed at the X10 to access the music stored on it.

Hi David, The X1 has a better plinth, platter and tonearm. Sonically you will notice a distinct difference in the body and depth, meaning the soundstage will be bigger, instruments will have better separation and have a more natural tone.

Can you tell me please how I can repair my model one? It is a solid green model and when I try to tune in a station there is loud popping and distortion until the station is tuned in. Can you tell me if the green edition is rare because I can not find one on the internet

Tivoli audio product are Chinese crap! Very poor quality assembly and project. The varicap on the analog one is known as failing in few days by design. The Ni-mh battery used on the portable unit are old fashion rechargeable batteries not lithium as you would expect from a modern model… Do not suggest to buy this overpriced mono Chinese crap except you enjoy wasting lot of money for a 15$ bunch of old electronic components. Quality is another thing by the way.
