Grab that orange filter cutoff and don't turn it. Clearly another fake performance with an audio track.
@diaryofasynthnoob20502 жыл бұрын
I have no incentive to create fake performances… nor are any of these ‘impressive’ enough to even attempt to do so - but since you’re interested in complaining - do share the time stamp, I’d be interested to see what someone as perceptive as yourself is referring to. As I mentioned to you earlier - every one of my videos has wrong notes, poor transitions, and mistakes all over, not sure why I’d be interested in ‘faking’ those kinds of performances 🤨 But since you must have enough time to troll 'youtube nobody's' - and I also have enough time to banter some with you, here's just a few of the timestamps in this video that showcase my errors - not something a normal person would be interested in promoting... -2:23 -4:47 -5:34 -5:40 -6:49 (takes me like 30 seconds to tune the FM drum...) ...Cheers

Clearly an interesting audio track that as nothing to do with the fake live instruments.
@diaryofasynthnoob20502 жыл бұрын
Don’t know why you’re interested in trolling someone as minor as myself only having barely 100 subscribers… but the work to create a ‘fake video’ seems infinitely more difficult than just messing around with synths… you’ve obviously seen some of my other videos… every one of them is chocked full of mistakes, not sure why I would utilize audio with ‘errors’ just to seem ‘impressive’ when there really isn’t anything super impressive anyways… 🤔

Clearly another fake audio track. Why grab the filter cutoff knob on the Minibrute2 and not turn it?

Clearly a fake music track and a static image of a Subharmonicon
@roysutton95922 жыл бұрын
I have the same instruments only with PO-12 RHYTHM replacing PO-16 and it does nothing like this. Perhaps this fake should be removed. The fingers on the orange filter cutoff do nothing. This is clearly an audio track that has no connection with the hardware.

Yes, you have mastered the powers of the Moog. Edit: Now having listened to the entirety of it, this is probably my favorite of all your works so far! The drop(s) were incredible and overall it was very fun to listen to. I ought to put links to this all over the internet. ... on to the journey.

Love this piece you've created! Such a fantastic sound. If you're the synth noob... I'm definitely the level below that. Could you explain what's going on with the NTS here? Is the MB2 ultimately running through that? Or is it vice-versa? I've been looking to get into synthesis more, and a semi modular setup is probably ideal. Think i just want what you have now that I've heard the stunning sound it can create! Thank you for your time 🙏
@diaryofasynthnoob20503 жыл бұрын
Semi-modular is definitely fun - for me it removed the intimidation of full on modular (both practically and fiscally, haha), but still has the flexibility as I’ve understood more over time. I actually have the MB2 on its own channel, and the PO’s and NTS-1 on a separate channel on a mixer - so the only connection shared between those two groups is the clock/sync. I have just a touch of reverb on the MB2’s channel, and the PO audio is all running through the NTS-1 and using its effects. I will say though, I’ve had sessions just running the MB2 through the NTS-1 and nothing else and it’s still amazing - starting with just one or two synths is a great place to start so you don’t get overwhelmed with options and get to know those pieces of gear really well! To the journey… 🍻

This is basically the setup i want. Want the original drumbrute, though the impact may be worth a second look, too.
@diaryofasynthnoob20503 жыл бұрын
I was torn between the impact and original - there obviously a couple minor differences in voices (the impact’s FM drum is fabulous). I did like the impact’s smaller footprint - and another main difference between the two is the original has an output filter/resonance, which could be pretty cool - the impact switched that out with a distortion control instead - which is also sweet - just a preference decision on that one - thanks for watching!
