Any cooking for 1.1 since sore got a buff with mana stacking ? I will try to mix fireball with meteor

Nothing new for my fireball build; so didn't see a reason to play this season. Think they forgot that fire is a thing for Sorc, and added 0 items. Don't think I would change a single item from this guide, which makes it fairly pointless to play it again. Didn't see any Fireball buffs, so I guess sorc got a small buff for builds that use Meteor as a main damage source. Mana Well is a decent buff, but Archmage nerf for fireball build. All other changes seems irrelevant for this build, and no new items.

funny thing: flame burst in fireball is the same spell as the retaliation explosion from flame ward. In flame ward you can scale dmg and area for flame burst. The damage isn't shown added but it still works.

Tested 'Blast Field' (+retaliation area) and 'Retribution' (+Retaliation damage). Doesn't affect Flame Burst for Fireball, even when Flame Ward is active. If you meant that skill talent from Flame Ward would increase area for flame burst on Fireball, I don't think it does? 'Infusion' (+Increased fire damage%) and 'Through Flames' (+ Fire damage) should by default scale damage and Flame Burst; as Flame Burst is increased from +dmg, +int

Interesting build, the damage does seem to be about on par with a frostclaw runemaster, but the survivability seems to be a bit worse. I run at around 1500 corruption on my runemaster. There seemingly aren't a whole lot of builds honestly for Mages that can run 1500 corruption decently and most people just end up going frostclaw runemaster, so it's nice to see an alternative. I run a variation of frostclaw runemaster where i switch out 3 pieces of gear for bosses vs echos, which allows me to 100% stunlock bosses with snap freeze.

yes to both, and cinder works fine up to maybe 1100 corruption. After that I prefer Staff+titan

@@fabiobianchi7268 A well rolled Tyrant Regalia (+14% cast speed, +14 spell damage) or 2lp+ Unstable Core, or 2lp+ Prism Wraps WITH 2lp+ Orian's eye. (MUST have +3 or +4 to fireball prefix on chest) Offhand with a cinder song, a Crystal Skull (+16 int, +6% crit, +18% ward). Depending on setup, can get shock, slow, or chill. If you are running 2 red rings of atlaria and +20 resistance to all blessing, you shouldn't need resistances on chest or offhand. Health, armor+crit reduction, ward per second, and even maybe dodge. prefixes: Cast speed>intellect=>Spell power>crit multiplier>crit% (up to capped)>Spell damage%=fire damage%. How much of one stats beats the other must be tested on individual builds, cast speed scales well with almost everything. Adding intellect when crit capped reduces it's value, because of passive that allows for 3% crit for 1 intellect. suffixes: avoid Mana, mana regen, health regen, stun avoidance, ignite, damage over time, and multiple sources of same ailments (never have 2 suffixes of same ailment)

Seems a great build. Why don't you use the belt to trigger the meteor? Seems you use meteor very rarely.

Whats the best sorcerer build you have tested? Im using frostclaw (fire) with elemental nova pro focused in fire damage over time. Right now at 450 corruption. Can you paste the planner link? thanks😊

I do not, I use the Sanctum Market filter. It's for valuable items to sell for Merchant Guild. It's more efficient to sell valuable loot and then buy what you need. arreatsummit.gg/last-epoch/loot-filters/65f9c743ed5ccad2d26a45f4
