If you take the Class 66 and adapt it to American service - increase the weight and horsepower, change the carbody to a hood, remove one of the cabs - you essentially end up with an SD70, of which thousands of variations were built.

It seems that these days in order to get the attention of the younger enthusiasts, the title needs to include "clag","thrash" or "tones"! Even if no-one understands what is really meant by the words!
