The bearing certainly is, but as per the name of the video, the rail is not.

how much damage did your print head take? looks like it almost got ripped off the gantry

I got very lucky, the filament completely covered the print head, and the fan shroud, however i was able to separate it without any damage by cutting some of it with side cutters, and the rest by using light pressure. The rest was cleaning up the spaghetti that was created as the print floated around the printer

Bambu Labs Printers will purge old filament when changing filament types, or changing colours using the AMS system. These are extuded and purged down a chute at the back of the printer. These are elegantly known as "poop". The Chute directs this "poop" into a "poop bucket" for easy disposal

Hi. How much play must have chinese linear bearing with chinese rail? Should it have some play, or should it be completely rigid?

I'd want it rigid. Especially with a load on it. That is the whole point of using a linear rail

chinese are selling lots of fake Hiwin, just disassemble them some of them have a terrible quality. If cheap chinese rails are not smooth you might have to get different (smaller or bigger) balls. I measured some ballscrews recently, I measured the balls with a mitutoyo micrometer the left ballscrew on my machine uses 2.77mm steel balls the right one 2.75mm

yeah, it was a bit.. but it has changed since this video.. I have created a slide out tray mechanism for parts that fall through that takes up some of the space.. I will mke a new video soon

You Hiwin block is not on a Hiwin rail. The genuine rails should have laser engraved log etc. on them.

It is using a RECI W1 75-90W laser tube I have limited the max output to 24mA, and the cut was done at 20mm/s at 80%
