Looks like you have a charging problem as the red no charge warning lamp failed to go out after engine started & you revved it slightly a couple or so times. Have you checked the dynamo is actually charging or is it down to the points in control box needing a clean?

Push? Well, I don’t believe this was a race but a track day/practice. Secondly, there appears to be oil/oil dry on the track(probably from the smoking 4-stroke that was somehow let on the track. Thirdly, most would not want to destroy a difficult to replace bike or even the motor by pushing it hard just for bragging rights. I’ve priced spares for mine and that’s a no-go. I won’t mention our aging bodies vs. healing time and ability. Not criticizing but I get nervous thinking about being next to those $800 trashed stunt bikes that might care more about bragging than the spirit of vintage racing. That’s one of the main things keeping me from track days.

Watching your video brought back happy memories of when I used to race my air cooled AS1/3 in the 70's. Later welding a water cooling jacket round the top half of the cylinders gave little to no improvement in performance but made a lot of work.

Mon dieu qu'elle est belle... je revois la mienne... la même à l'identique avec cette couleur, son frein avant double cames ... Le son du moteur j'adore. La mienne est de 1971, toujours dans mon garage en très mauvais état au point d'avoir u peu honte, surtout que j'ai encore aussi un C 110 et une CB 4700 N toujours nickel. Les choses de la vie... je ne suis pas assez bricoleur pour la remettre en état et puis tout y est passé... du moteur au reste qui est rouillé. bielles coulées, commandes bloquées . Mais je ne peux m'en séparer.

Now they want to slow down all the gas station fuel pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime. :-(((((
