Just worked it out by watching what he does on the keyboard. Start above middle C. Bb, F above that, Eb below that, Db below that, Eb above that, Db below that C below that and back to Bb. Just repeat the same notes in the octave below that with the left hand.

Alright, so basically I used the French horn, trombone, and tuba from KONTAKT 7. I also utilized the triangle waveform from Serum synthesizer, each heavily saturated with reverb. For distortion effects, I applied Little Radiator. That's all there is to it.
