The Abattoir can be any Abattoir. These Abattoirs are rented out and butchers or hand slaughterers rent it out for 2 or more days a week for specific slots. Electric stunning is mandatory but otherwise hand slaughter and control over smaller things is possible. It just takes hard work and dedication. This particular one is in Melbourne and is rented by a Muslim brother who supplies certain Muslim Restaurants. No supply direct to the public.

These abattoirs only care about money making. Halal industry is a scam. The salaf just said bismillah and everything become halal. Why don’t people follow the Salaf but follow these indian pakistani mullahs?

Firstly no one claimed to be an expert. However when the Ummah is confused they need religious clarity. The duty of the Ulema are to clarify the Islamic stance on the matter based on the knowledge available to them. We Alhamdulillah have overseen abattoirs in Brazil and South Africa for over 2 decades and received due training as well. However since we are not experts in certain matters, we still in contact with professionals and update our knowledge all the time.
