I do recommend clients hire a logo designer if they have the time and money but many small businesses do not and these are also students in a startup. I also believe it's easy to pick the worst logo from a stock site but it's also quite possible to find good starting points and then adjusting.

I worked with an organization a few years ago developing the UI to a physician diagnostics support program and a big challenge to getting the program up and running was more on the infrastructure support and acceptance than it was the ability of the program to perform the desired functionality. I didn't read it as protection of jobs but more on the integrity of the larger system.

@@smbmarketingplatform The truth could be anything from the protecting an entire industry from irrelevance to, as you say, infrastructure integrity. I don't know the truth. But I do wonder why I have heard NOTHING more over the past 28 years about the effects AI WILL have on the practice of medicine after hearing my doctor say, quite soberly, that he expected to be out of a job inside 5 years. I used a free app on my iphone called "iTriage" to literally save my brother-in-law's life 12+ years ago. His doctor was insisting he be released from the hospital and sent home because he couldn't figure out what was wrong with him and the hospital was afraid his insurance would refuse to pay for his 17-day so far stay. I refused to allow them to release him without a diagnosis. He could not hold down any food and had not eaten for going on 18 days! His weight had dropped from 157lbs to 135lbs in those 17 days. I used the app to asset he likely has an intestinal blockage and it told me what test her needed. I demanded they run that test. At first they refused. Fortunately, I knew a lawyer on the medical review board and name-dropping him and expressing my willingness to sue them if Bob's condition hot worse after being sent home compelled them to run the test. They did and it came back positive for a possible bowel obstruction! A day later the surgeon removed more than 6" of necrotic bowel! If Bob had been sent home untreated he world definitely have died very soon thereafter. iTriage? The app is no longer in the App Store and I can't find any indication that he ever existed! There continues to be no App like it anywhere!

This video and the survey is saying that within Edelman's surveyed participants, "my employer" ranked higher in trust than government and mainstream media. With that, I believe these guys are trying to demonstrate the opportunities for small businesses in communicating with their audiences.

Thanks for your comment! It really is easier than ever with a camera like this. Because it's so easy to use, you can think more about what you're trying to shoot and less on how to do it. And the price of these types of cameras is very reasonable.
