I see people in tourneys and commentators constantly warning to turn off dark force before the timer runs out. I don’t understand, why should people turn off dark force before the timer runs out? Is there some kind of benefit to turning it off early or some kind of penalty for leaving it on till the timer runs out? Yes.

you can also release the controller from your right hand and shake it with the left while "shivering" against the buttons. Its easy on the hands and its easy to learn consistently.
