There are many species of durian (D24, musang king, black thorn...) Although I'm not a hard core durian lover, there are some specific durian species I actually likes while some species (the bitter ones) which I dislike. Probably when you actually found the specific species you enjoys, you will likes it.

Jealous :P in this dish they use REALLY fresh beef, many locals ideally want the beef as fresh as possible i.e. it was slaughtered that day and the muscles are still contracting by themselves while it's been sliced
