Is it usual to have itchy lips and nose? I've had flushing in the mouth that was nice after years of dry mouth. I found melted cheese gave me a metallic inside lip and then the skin peeled off the next day.

where can I find your anti anxiety diet on utube thank you. I have the book I am intolerant to dairy how much protein do you have on the diet as I hear more than 75grams can cause glucose to be released so the body will use it for energy please advise

alimillerrd.com/products/adrenal-rehab-program This program was developed as an interactive guide to support The Anti-Anxiety Diet. There is no concern of gluconeogenesis or glucose spikes with 75-100g protein/day, that is not accurate information. I promote a high protein diet for amino acids to serve as building blocks for neurotransmitters.

It is BREAD! So no, yeast, corn, wheat, barley etc. You then need a cream to get rid of it. Then don't touch bread again, yes it is hard. I suffered for yrs, Gp'S NEVER SAY BREAD, they earn a lot of money just writing their prescriptions.

I'm a bit confused about strength training and the timing of breakfast. My current schedule is to get up between 5-530, do self care (including oil pulling, brush teeth, drink warm water with fresh lemon, etc), and then I tend to stretch and exercise (3 days cardio on rebounder and 3 days strength) beginning at about 6-630 with a peaceful walk afterwards, weather permitting. My breakfast is at about 8-830. I do not eat anything between the end of dinner (~630pm) and breakfast. Am I sabotaging my strength training efforts by eating at the wrong time? I'm mindful of protein and get at least 90g per day but usually more like 110 or so. Reference: I'm 48, have a very small frame, and weigh about 115lbs. I am perimenopause. Thank you. ❤
@naturallynourishedRD
@naturallynourishedRD 24 күн бұрын
Protein intake overall looks good. I'd ensure you hit that protein within 30 min of strength training so likely 6:45am or so, 7:15am as latest goal.

I am 50 kg, do I also need 30 g protein for breakfast?
@naturallynourishedRD
@naturallynourishedRD 28 күн бұрын
If 50 kg (110lbs) is your ideal weight then that means you should get 110 grams of protein. We're saying eating 30g of protein that would make it easier plus 30 grams of protein provides about 3g of leucine which will help build muscle. So you don't need it but it makes it easier for sure!

When you say breakfast, are you meaning the first meal of the day, or literally within two hours of waking up? I've learned seafood is a great breakfast/first meal; especially, the more stronger fish, like sardines. It tastes better. Then, I'm adding eggs with meals, as much as possible. Thanks for the ideas!

We're talking within first 2 hours of waking. Even 1 hour of waking. Yes, sardines are awesome! You might be interested in this recipe. The whole family (even kids) like them, you can make a batch and freeze them for reheating as well. www.naturallynourishedrd.com/thai-sardine-cakes/

I switched from slow cooker to pressure cooker (instant pot, high pressure for 2 hours plus natural release, about 45 minutes to an hour). Both chicken and beef bone broth are gelatinous and I find that they taste much much better (no more sour taste that I often got in the slow cooker). I really liked the method described by Amy and Jacky on their pressure cooker blog. They experimented with different times and came to a conclusion that 2 hours gives the best results and I agree.

OH great to know. Lately we been going through so much broth that I been using a huge commercial kitchen size pot that makes about 12 quart fulls (3 gallons) of broth. Prob will not invest in a that big of a pressure cooker though lol.

Thank you wonderful ladies, weirdly I’ve been eating the Keto way for almost 4 months and had not problems until two days ago, vomiting, horrendous muscle aches everywhere, headaches and most of the other symptoms you mention, my painful body was worse when I lay down. OMG I didn’t know what to do with myself, no sleep. My daughter told me about Keto flu and I found your channel, I made myself your electrolyte drink and in literally 5 mins the pain drained away! I couldn’t believe it. I have my mojo back. Thank you thank you so very much. From UK everything of the best! Cheers here’s to electrolytes made at home!

I just found you. I've already been diagnosed with extreme Candida from my mouth, ears, sores on tongue past the swallow point, colon, skin, vagina. I also have been diagnosed with multiple autoimmune including Crohn's, Raynaud's, fibromyalgia, Lupas. Also IBD, ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis, and a mysterious whole body illness that included lesions on the skin which the very best immunologists at University of Minnesota and Mayo could never diagnose. Knowing these diagnoses: Please Help!! I am miserable. I have already abstained from processed sugars, no alcohol, and eat clean meat, no starch, very low carb. I signed up for your newsletter.

So sorry 😢 Maybe try posting photos of the lesions to the Dermatology Questions group on Reddit? Hope you're able to get help and an accurate diagnosis!! I don't know much about mast cell disorders having only recently heard of them, but you might look into that. My skin issues, allergies, and migraines get worse when I eat high histamine foods or histamine liberating foods so I suspect I may have mast cell activation syndrome or at least histamine intolerance. KZbin doesn't like links but try Googling "Chronic Illnesses Connected to Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) and Mast Cell Disorder." There are also a few videos about it on KZbin. Apparently many doctors don't know about it.
